EIF4EP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF4EP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,604 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF4EP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of organelle assembly, Mitochondrial translational elongation, and Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with EIF4EP5 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4EP5-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4EP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF4EP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF4EP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
