EIF4EP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF4EP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,111 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF4EP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Postreplication repair, Regulation of chromosome condensation, and 5S class rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase III. Each is linked with EIF4EP2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4EP2-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4EP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF4EP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF4EP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
