Across TCGA cell cohorts, EIF4E2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,046 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF4E2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-RNA covalent cross-linking repair, Protein depolymerization, and Regulation of protein sumoylation. Each is linked with EIF4E2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4E2-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4E2 results are reported.
