EIF4E

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF4E mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF4E-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, PKC-a_pS657, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with EIF4E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4E-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by EIF4E-low versus EIF4E-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF4E→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF4E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
