EIF4E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EIF4E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,729 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF4E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore, DNA double-strand break processing, and Mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with EIF4E in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4E-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore grouped by EIF4E-low versus EIF4E-high in KIDNEY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF4E→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF4E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
