Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EIF4BP9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EIF4BP9 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher EIF4BP9 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EIF4BP9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and UCS show a favorable association.
COAD, OV, and UCS are the cancer types where EIF4BP9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
