EIF4B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF4B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,820 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOM1, SMG1P7, and LINC01717. Each is linked with EIF4B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4B-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOM1 grouped by EIF4B-low versus EIF4B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
