Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EIF4A2P5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EIF4A2P5 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher EIF4A2P5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EIF4A2P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and PAAD show a favorable association.
LUAD, ESCA, and PCPG are the cancer types where EIF4A2P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
