Q-omics provides the consensus-scored EIF4A2P2 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. EIF4A2P2 expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, EIF4A2P2 is differentially expressed in 9, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Additionally, EIF4A2P2 RNA expression shows 16,821 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Together, these results highlight ACC, and BLCA as cancer lineages where EIF4A2P2 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
