Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EIF4A1P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EIF4A1P4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher EIF4A1P4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EIF4A1P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and COAD show a favorable association.
UCS, ACC, and KIRC are the cancer types where EIF4A1P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
