EIF3M

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3M protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,509 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3M-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC20, ABCA8, and NR3C2. Each is linked with EIF3M in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3M-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF3M versus CDC20 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3M→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
