EIF3LP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3LP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,564 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3LP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX9, RPL12_S38, and MGA_S924. Each is linked with EIF3LP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3LP2-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3LP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF3LP2 versus DHX9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3LP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3LP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
