Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3LP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,808 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3LP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit export from nucleus, 5S class rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase III, and Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with EIF3LP1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3LP1-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3LP1 results are reported.
