EIF3L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,732 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSCR4-IT1, GOLGA6C, and RNVU1-25. Each is linked with EIF3L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3L-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DSCR4-IT1 grouped by EIF3L-low versus EIF3L-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
