EIF3L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EIF3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,742 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are L-tryptophan catabolic process, Protein targeting to membrane, and Negative regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with EIF3L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3L-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, L-tryptophan catabolic process grouped by EIF3L-low versus EIF3L-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
