EIF3L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EIF3L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNP1. Each is linked with EIF3L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3L-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNP1 grouped by EIF3L-low versus EIF3L-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
