Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3KP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,599 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3KP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly, ATP metabolic process, and Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with EIF3KP3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3KP3-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3KP3 results are reported.
