EIF3K

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3K mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,402 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3K-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM51, OR6C7P, and TRIM49B. Each is linked with EIF3K in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3K-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM51 grouped by EIF3K-low versus EIF3K-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3K→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
