Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3IP1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EIF3IP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Th2 cells, Melanocytes, and Adipocytes. Each is linked with EIF3IP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3IP1-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3IP1 results are reported.
