EIF3G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3G mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3G-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, A-Raf_pS299, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with EIF3G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3G-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by EIF3G-low versus EIF3G-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
