Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3FP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,124 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3FP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA localization, Establishment of RNA localization, and Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with EIF3FP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3FP1-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3FP1 results are reported.
