EIF3E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3E RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,394 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3E-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOL11, NOP58, and CMSS1. Each is linked with EIF3E in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3E-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF3E versus NOL11 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3E→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
