Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3E protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,166 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EIF3E-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP2U1, NALCN, and SEPTIN4. Each is linked with EIF3E in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3E-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF3E versus CYP2U1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3E→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
