EIF3E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EIF3E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,459 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial tRNA methylation, Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, and Positive regulation of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with EIF3E in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3E-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial tRNA methylation grouped by EIF3E-low versus EIF3E-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3E→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
