EIF3B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, PDCD4, and C-Raf. Each is linked with EIF3B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3B-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by EIF3B-low versus EIF3B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
