EIF3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, HER2_pY1248, and Rab25. Each is linked with EIF3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3A-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by EIF3A-low versus EIF3A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
