EIF3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EIF3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,892 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral translational termination-reinitiation, Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation, and Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with EIF3A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3A-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Viral translational termination-reinitiation grouped by EIF3A-low versus EIF3A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
