Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF2B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,346 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF2B1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SART3, SRSF9, and MSH2. Each is linked with EIF2B1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2B1-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2B1 results are reported.
