EIF2B1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF2B1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,800 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF2B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF20A, CDCA5, and BUB1B. Each is linked with EIF2B1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2B1-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF2B1 versus KIF20A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF2B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF2B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
