EIF2B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF2B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 797 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF2B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1D4, RNA5SP369, and RNVU1-28. Each is linked with EIF2B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2B1-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1D4 grouped by EIF2B1-low versus EIF2B1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF2B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF2B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
