EIF2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,057 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DBR1, GEMIN5, and UMPS. Each is linked with EIF2A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2A-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF2A versus DBR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
