Across TCGA cell cohorts, EIF2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,616 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to arsenite ion, Cellular response to arsenite ion, and Ribosomal large subunit export from nucleus. Each is linked with EIF2A in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2A-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2A results are reported.
