Across TCGA cell cohorts, EIF2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4orf50, TRIM77, and OR11H1. Each is linked with EIF2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2A-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2A results are reported.
