Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF1P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,716 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF1P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Iron-sulfur cluster assembly, UTP biosynthetic process, and Ribosomal large subunit assembly. Each is linked with EIF1P5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF1P5-to-partner and partner-to-EIF1P5 results are reported.
