EIF1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,637 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK1, TTI1, and KANK1_S144. Each is linked with EIF1P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF1P1-to-partner and partner-to-EIF1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF1P1 versus KANK1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
