Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,088 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid metabolic process, Phospholipid biosynthetic process, and Cellular response to insulin stimulus. Each is linked with EIF1P1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF1P1-to-partner and partner-to-EIF1P1 results are reported.
