EIF1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,227 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OXSR1, WDR48, and CAVIN3. Each is linked with EIF1B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF1B-to-partner and partner-to-EIF1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF1B versus OXSR1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
