Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,144 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EIF1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBBP4, DPY30, and NAP1L4. Each is linked with EIF1B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF1B-to-partner and partner-to-EIF1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF1B versus RBBP4 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
