EIF1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEDS1-UBE2V1, IL21, and ATF4P2. Each is linked with EIF1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF1B-to-partner and partner-to-EIF1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PEDS1-UBE2V1 grouped by EIF1B-low versus EIF1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
