Across TCGA cell cohorts, EIF1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,049 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EIF1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA wobble base 5-methoxycarbonylmethyl-2-thiouridinylation, Protein localization to early endosome, and Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 21 signaling pathway. Each is linked with EIF1B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF1B-to-partner and partner-to-EIF1B results are reported.
