Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EIF1AX-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EIF1AX-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher EIF1AX-AS1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EIF1AX-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and COAD show a favorable association.

OV, ESCA, and COAD are the cancer types where EIF1AX-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
