EIF1AD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF1AD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF1AD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP204, MIR3612, and SNRPGP17. Each is linked with EIF1AD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF1AD-to-partner and partner-to-EIF1AD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP204 grouped by EIF1AD-low versus EIF1AD-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF1AD→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF1AD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
