EIF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPA4, GABARAPL2, and ST7L. Each is linked with EIF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF1-to-partner and partner-to-EIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPA4 grouped by EIF1-low versus EIF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
