EID3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EID3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,234 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EID3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TXNRD1, SQSTM1, and CACNA2D1. Each is linked with EID3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EID3-to-partner and partner-to-EID3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EID3 versus TXNRD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EID3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EID3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
