Across TCGA cell cohorts, EID3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,732 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EID3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-serine autophosphorylation, Negative regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Response to hepatocyte growth factor. Each is linked with EID3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EID3-to-partner and partner-to-EID3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-serine autophosphorylation grouped by EID3-low versus EID3-high in LUNG_SCLC.
