EID2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EID2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,615 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EID2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAE1, TIMM50, and UBA2. Each is linked with EID2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EID2-to-partner and partner-to-EID2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EID2 versus SAE1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EID2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EID2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
