Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EID2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EID2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP2, RN7SL763P, and RNA5SP133. Each is linked with EID2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EID2-to-partner and partner-to-EID2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP9YP2 grouped by EID2-low versus EID2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EID2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EID2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
