Across TCGA cell cohorts, EID2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,845 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EID2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transforming growth factor beta receptor complex assembly, Protein-DNA complex organization, and Protein-DNA complex assembly. Each is linked with EID2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EID2-to-partner and partner-to-EID2 results are reported.
