EID2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EID2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EID2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBX2 and OR13G1. Each is linked with EID2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EID2-to-partner and partner-to-EID2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DBX2 grouped by EID2-low versus EID2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EID2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EID2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
