EID1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EID1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, INPP4B, and PCNA. Each is linked with EID1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EID1-to-partner and partner-to-EID1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by EID1-low versus EID1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
